3.Available Cup Standards
Not for: Irregular-shaped Cups (top wider than bottom or curved)
-
4.Ironing Tips
- Cut sublimation paper to fit the cup's size, not exceeding the edges;
- Use heat-resistant tape to secure the paper to the cup;
- Seal the paper tightly with shrink wrap;
- For larger cups, consider flipping to the other side and multiple ironing.

Cut off power and check the voltage. Let the machine cool before restarting;
-
Avoid direct airflow from fans or AC to prevent temp detection issues;
-
Clear any obstacles around the machine for proper heating.
-
3.Ironing Tips
- Please run a quick test as per the manual before the first use;
- Ensure the fabric surface is flat for full contact with the heat plate;
- If any part of the material isn't fully stuck (like heat transfer vinyl or sublimation paper), cover it with clear protective film and Teflon sheet, then press again for 10-15 seconds.

Heat Transfer Vinyl
- 1.Cutting/Weeding Tips
- Test a small piece of heat transfer vinyl before the first use (following the manual);
- Check the cutting blade for damage and replace it if needed;
- Cut according to the manual's instructions. If the vinyl didn't get cut through, try increasing the Passes and Force by 1-2 units;
- Using a hook weeder aids in faster and easier cutting.
-
2.Ironing Tips
- Apply the vinyl to a smooth and flat substrate. For fabric, iron it flat first;
- Place the vinyl design on the substrate with the protective film facing up, cover a Teflon sheet, and iron the vinyl following the steps and parameters in the manual;
- Remove the clear protective film by cold peeling;
- Check vinyl edges after ironing. Cover it with clear protective film and Teflon sheet if not stuck, then iron it again for 10-15s.
-
3.Washing Tips
- Wait 24 hours after ironing to wash in cold water (20℃-30℃);
- Handwash gently and turn the clothing inside out;
- No dry cleaning;
- Please re-iron the vinyl if it lifts after washing.
Permanent Vinyl
-
2.Cutting/Weeding Tips
- Test a small piece of permanent vinyl before the first use (following the manual);
- Check the cutting blade for damage and replace it if needed;
- Cut according to the manual's instructions. If the vinyl didn't get cut through, try increasing the Passes and Force by 1-2 units;
- Gently weed the permanent vinyl to ensure design integrity;
- Using a hook weeder aids in faster and easier cutting.
-
3.Transfer Tips
- Scrap the permanent vinyl onto transfer tape with a scraper;
- Pull transfer tape to peel the permanent vinyl from the backing sheet;
- Apply permanent vinyl to the substrate: scrap the vinyl and remove it from the transfer tape gently.
-
4.Removal Tips
- Just peel off the permanent vinyl from your projects if needed;
- Use adhesive remover for any residue.
Sublimation Paper
-
1.Heat Transfer Tips
- Test a small piece of sublimation paper before the first use (following the manual);
- Great for: 1. Hard and heat-resistant materials with thermal sublimation coating (like glass, wood, resin, etc.); 2. Polyester and other fabrics with cotton content ≤ 30%;
- Not for: Fabrics with cotton content > 30%.
- Heat transfer results depend on temperature, time, and material. If the color is light, consider increasing the time or temperature, then retest with a small pattern.
Heat Transfer Paper
-
1.Heat Transfer Tips
- Test a small piece of heat transfer paper before the first use (following the manual);
- Choose fine-textured materials for improved results;
- If the material isn't fully stuck consider increasing the ironing time and temperature slightly based on the recommended parameters;
- Re-iron any unstuck areas.
Transfer Tape
-
1.Transfer Tips
- For better result, press transfer tape firmly on unstuck vinyl and peel the backing sheet off;
- To decrease tape adhesion, apply fine-textured fabric to the transfer tape.

1.Damp Printing Paper
- Ensure correct printer settings;
- Allow ink to dry completely after printing with an inkjet printer;
- Use laminating sheet or water-resistant spray for better results.

1.Cutting Mat Tips
- Select a cutting mat with appropriate adhesion for the material;
- Generally, stickiness weakens after multiple uses;
- Clean the cutting mat with dish soap and a scraper to remove small debris.
