Shipping Policy

About AU Shipping:

① Free shipping for orders over AUD59. (AUD5 for express delivery)

② An AUD15 delivery fee will be charged when the order price is under AUD59. (AUD20 for express delivery)

③Shipping costs of Auto Heat Press Machine will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.

 

Shipping Standard:

Size limit: weight≤22KG; length≤113CM, length*width*height≤0.25M³;

 

Logistics Rules:

 

A: Time

Logistics time covers two parts:

1. Processing time: Order confirmation, quality inspection, and packing will take one day.

2. Delivery time: The packages shipping from the Australia warehouse will take about 3-10 days; other packages shipping from the China warehouse will take 15 working days;

3. Package delivery: We will ship for you from the Australian or China warehouse according to the products you choose. For you to receive the package as soon as possible, your order may appear to be divided into two packages delivered to you.

 

B:Attention

1. We will try to make sure that you receive the order during the scheduled time after placing the order. Most of our orders will reach you on time, but there may be delays in logistics during the holidays.

2. If you do not receive your order within the scheduled time, please email us ASAP: support-au@htvront.com, and we will give priority to tracking your order.

3. If we cannot track your order within the allotted time, we will re-ship or refund you according to your needs.

4. The actual delivery time depends on the size and weight of the package and the region you live. There may be extended days since the effect of the epidemic.

5. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.

 

Delay Compensation:

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you in the fastest time. If there are unavoidable factors that cause the delivery delay, please contact us, and we will compensate according to the"Compensation Policy for Delayed Shipping"

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

1. We will send you an email about guaranteed shipping time after each pre-sale period ends;

2. We will send a confirmation email one week before the shipping guarantee time. Please confirm it; then your order will be shipped out accordingly;

3. The order will be shipped out as a default confirmation if there's no reply to the confirmation email within seven business days. If there is a return, you have to cover the shipping costs.

4. You will receive compensation if the pre-sale order is not shipped within the guaranteed time. Please refer to the"Compensation Policy for Delayed Shipping"for detailed information.

5. The final interpretation right belongs to HTVRONT, Sijiu Tech.
The above standards will take effect on October 19, 2021
If your order is delayed, please contact our support mailbox after delivery, we will help you verify the order and issue compensation. support-au@htvront.com

Note: Orders delivered more than 10 days are considered as delays, and orders within 3-10 days of delivery time do not meet the compensation rules.
Order delay time starts calculate after the order is shipped and based on the delivery time. If the order is not delivered or the package is lost in logistics, please refer to our return & refund policy.



Attention please


In order to get the package to the customer as quickly as possible, some orders will be split into 2 packages and shipped.
Especially for machine orders, don't worry if you only receive part of the order, it could be because your order has been split into several packages and shipped from other warehouses that have stock.
If you have not received another package for a long time, please contact us by email, let us know the order number, we will reply to you as soon as possible!
