Post-warranty
If your HTVRONT auto heat press is broken or malfunctioned, please contact our customer service at support-au@htvront.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Contact Customer Service
Please provide your order number and malfunctioning videos or images. We will verify the purchase date and the cause of the malfunction. If the order complies with warranty terms and is within the warranty period, we will provide services according to the official warranty terms.
If the order complies with warranty terms but beyond the warranty period, we will offer repair services with a certain repair fee. If the machine is unavailable for repair, we will provide a discount code for purchasing a new machine.

Machine Repair
You need to send the machine to the designated repair center.
1.After inspection of the machine, we will send you a repair quotation. You need to prepay for the repair cost according to the repair quotation. We will complete the repair within 1 month and return the repaired machine to the original shipping address.
2.If the machine is not available for repair after inspection, we will return the machine to the original shipping address. The remaining fees will be refunded to you after deducting inspection and return shipping fees.

Purchase of A New Machine
If the machine is unavailable for repair, you can contact customer service to collect a discount code for the same model or a product with similar functions.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, HTVRONT is not responsible for the Post-Warranty in the following situations:
1.Machines purchased from unauthorized HTVRONT websites or online retailers;
2.Malfunctions caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by consumers;
3.Malfunctions caused by self-repair or dismantling by those who do not undertake the three-guarantee repair without the permission of our company;
4.Faults in consumables (such as software, heat press mat, Teflon sheet, etc.).
5.Damage caused by force majeure.

Attention:
1.The customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs for repairs.
2.Replaced accessories enjoy a 1-month warranty; other components do not receive warranty service.
