HTVRONT Product Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to products purchased through official HTVRONT channels (including the official website and authorized distributors). Please keep your proof of purchase for any future warranty claims.

 

Warranty Scope

This warranty covers only HTVRONT brand machinery products (e.g., heat press machines).

 

Warranty Period

- Machinery:

1 year from the original date of purchase.

- Specific Accessories:

DTF Printhead & Mainboard: Carry a 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase, eligible for one-time replacement within the warranty period.

- Other Accessories:

With the exception of the specific accessories listed above, other accessories (e.g., heat press mats, Teflon sheets) have a warranty period of 3 months.

- Consumables:

Some wear-prone parts or consumables (e.g., Teflon sheets) are not covered by warranty. It is recommended to use them soon after purchase.

 

Standard Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if the product fails to function normally due to manufacturing defects, functional failures, or missing parts, HTVRONT will provide the following services:

- Repair or replacement with a new, original or functionally equivalent model.

- HTVRONT will cover two-way shipping costs for warranty service.

 

Warranty Process

1. Claim Submission:

Submit a warranty claim through official customer service channels. A valid order number and clear video/photos demonstrating the issue are required.

2. Validation:

After review and confirmation by HTVRONT that the claim meets warranty conditions, subsequent service will be arranged.

3. Return Shipping:

The customer must return the product using the original packaging or packaging of equivalent protective quality to the designated address.

 

15-Day Return & Refund Policy

- Within 15 days from the date of delivery confirmation, unopened products can be returned for a refund without the need to provide a reason.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

1. Products not purchased through official HTVRONT or authorized channels.

2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, self-repair, modification, or misuse.

3. Malfunctions resulting from failure to follow the user manual, negligence, accidents (e.g., drops, liquid damage), force majeure, or normal wear and tear.

4. Consumables and accessories (e.g., heat press mats, Teflon sheets).

 

Policy Modification & Interpretation

HTVRONT reserves the right to modify this warranty policy without prior notice. HTVRONT retains the final interpretation right of this policy.
